As part of this service we will need to keep in touch with you whilst trying to help you to find a property in France. We may also ask you for information when you report any problems with the site.
The personal information we collect will include your full name and email address and might include a postal address or telephone number. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We use your email address as part of allowing you access to your account, to contact you with important information about any changes to your account or the website, or should a security breach arise, and to provide our services.

We will only share your details with established French estate agents with whom we collaborate, as part of the necessary process of our services to introduce you to suitable properties and eventually make arrangements for the mandated agents to accompany you on viewings to the properties you wish to visit.
Should you request it, we will share your details with named currency brokers or mortgage advisers, bi-lingual lawyers or similar approved partners, but only at your request and with your express permission and knowledge.
The information we hold to assist you in your search will be held, if you have logged in and created an account, until such time as you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. Otherwise the period of retention will be five years from your original contact or registration. We will contact you by email at the end of each year to see if you are still looking, wish to update your search criteria or, if you have bought, and wish to be removed.
