The Winery
Built in 2011, the semi-buried cellar has a surface area of around 1000m2 and comprises a stainless steel gravity-fed cellar, a storage area and a bottling unit.
The cellar is spacious and functional, allowing it to produce quality wines in good working conditions.
The harvest is mainly marketed in bulk. The bottled market needs to be developed.
The house and cellar are set in 42 hectares of woodland, fields and vines.
The estate currently boasts a 12 hectare vineyard in Côtes du Rhône grapes, which has been certified organic since 2011. Located at an altitude of around 400 metres on a limestone-clay terroir, the vines benefit from temperature variations and their geographical location, giving the estate's wines acidity, complexity and freshness.
Production is mainly red, supplemented by rosé and white (mainly grenache, syrah, carignan, clairette, roussanne, viognier and marsanne) with a yield of between 35 and 40 hl per hectare depending on the year.
Positioned on a gentle slope, the plots are trellised, making them ideal for mechanical harvesting.
The estate is managed by the owners, with full involvement of service providers for the vineyard.
Price excluding stock and crop advances. Deed costs not included.
