The Vineyard
The 70 ha estate comprises around 40 ha of vines planted with AOP Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages.
The remainder of the land is occupied by more than 1 ha of olive trees (Aglandau, 400 plants) and the rest by land and pine forests rich in Mediterranean species.
The Bastide
In the midst of its vineyards, in a hilly environment and on the edge of an unspoilt pine forest, are naturally preserved buildings. Access is via a private driveway. The 200-year-old winegrower’s house offers almost 600 m² of U-shaped living space. It has been converted into several living units.
A garage, workshop and two vaulted cellars complete the ensemble.

The Winery
An independent wine-making cellar of around 740 m² is used for maturing and vinifying the wines. The cellar is modern and functional.
