This magnificent chateau is nestled amidst a vast estate and can be approached by crossing several hectares of vineyards. As you reach the imposing gate, it opens up to reveal the main courtyard, offering a commanding view of the vineyards that stretches as far as the eye can see.

The chateau is appointed with high-quality features and boasts a generous living area of 620 square meters, arranged as follows:

Ground floor:
An entrance hall leads to the right, where you'll find a spacious dining room with large triple-aspect windows and high ceilings, creating a sense of grandeur throughout the rooms. The right tower of the chateau provides access to a well-appointed kitchen and a storeroom.

On the left side of the chateau, a beautiful living room offers views of the swimming pool and a splendid garden graced by a centuries-old cedar tree.

The second tower leads to a dining room, a second kitchen, and a separate WC.

On the north side of the chateau, you'll find an office, a hallway with various storage rooms, and access to the staircase leading to the first floor.

First floor:
The landing provides access to the five bedrooms, complete with shower rooms and bathrooms, as well as a WC for the main body of the chateau.
In the west tower, a landing, separate WC, a bathroom, and two bedrooms can be found. On the east side, there's a sitting room.

OUTBUILDINGS
- Located at the south end of the castle courtyard: a fully renovated caretaker's cottage of approx. 120 sqm of living space.
-Three luxury gîtes:
First Gîte (capacity 6 people)
Located close to the castle, it is a stone building with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and top-of-the-range services.
Second Gîte (capacity 4 people)
This is an old pigeonnier located near the equestrian activities
Third Gîte (capacity 12 people)
Located at the end of the property, a southern Spanish style house with a swimming pool.

THE WINE ESTATE
The estate has an old wine storehouse in very good condition adjacent to the château. Part of this building is now used for ageing wine in barrels, and the other part is made up of old, fully functional vats and a storage area.

A few hundred metres from the château is the heart of the estate's wine-making process: with a production of up to 3,600 hectolitres of AOC Bordeaux Supérieur, this estate had to be equipped with quality facilities such as cellars of the highest standards, phytosanitary platforms and other quality equipment, and a storage capacity of up to 12,000 hectolitres.
The production tool is delivered turnkey: vineyard maintenance equipment, vinification, storage, as well as commercial distribution networks that ensure a stable income
Adjacent to the winery, there is a tasting room for visiting customers.

THE EQUESTRIAN DOMAIN
The property has equestrian facilities:

The total surface area of the land is 110 hectares all in one piece and slightly undulating.
The land is divided as follows:
80 ha of vines in a single block on a clay-gravel terroir that is highly favourable to vines, where the owners' approach of combining productivity and the environment with HVE3 certification is particularly noteworthy.
20 ha of woodland
7 ha of grassland extending to the banks of the Dordogne giving access to water and in addition a spring irrigates the land and a watering place for the horses.
Land free of any occupation.

The chateau is located in a dominant position on the northern third of the property. It benefits from a park with beautiful trees such as a hundred year old cedar located on the west side where one can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, a vegetable garden fed by a spring completes this privileged situation.
