Main building

This former hotel offers lots of possibilities from a large family home to someone wishing to offer bed and breakfast or both.
From the street tall iron gates open on to a large courtyard flanked by the house on either side. Double doors lead to a spacious entrance vestibule with wide stone stairs to the first floor. Flowing through there is a large reception room with windows to the rear and a small hall with a door outside. Off this room is the main lounge with doors to a terrace the length of the building. Through from this is another equally spacious receptIon room. Moving from this towards the front of the building are 2 toilets and a long room formerly used as a restaurant with a small bar, a hatch down to the professional kitchen and double doors to the street. To the left of the entrance is a small room and to the right a double bedroom fitted and en-suite shower room suitable for wheelchair access or those with mobility issues. From the rear hall there is a kitchen but it was mainly used to prepare breakfasts. Just out of the main building there is a further en-suite bedroom with views to the pool.

Upstairs there are 2 wings, each of which has 3 bedrooms of varying sizes and decor but all with en-suite facilities. To the rear of the property are 4 bedrooms again all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a good sized circulation space with a sitting area.
From a door at one end there is a narrow wooden stair leading to the attic space.
Half way up is a shower room and toilet and in the roof space a small bedroom.

Under the building, accessed only from outside, is a fully equipped professional kitchen and several preparation areas with a chilled room. At one end is the hatch connecting to the upstairs room.

Gardens

There are no formal gardens or grass areas but around the property there are pots with shrubs on the terraces and borders with climbing plants.
There is a swimming pool with surrounding terraces and shade from an ornamental pergola. There is a pool room under the house and also a storage room for pool furniture.
Large remote controlled sliding gates close off the parking area which can accommodate several cars with ease.

It is situated close to the heart of a busy town yet it is peaceful sitting on the terraces.
