This 82-hectare estate boasts a remarkable history, taking its name from "Guillaume Blanc," a notable who served as the consul of the town of Ste Foy la Grande in the 15th century. In 1992, the château was acquired by its current owner, breathing new life into the vineyard. A comprehensive restoration and expansion were undertaken to ensure the continued production of exceptional Bordeaux wines. The vineyard expanded from 29.65 acres to an impressive 185.33 acres.
VINEYARD AND PRODUCTION
The château specializes in producing Bordeaux Supérieur reds and Sauvignon Blancs, proudly bearing the "Haute Qualité Environnement" (HVE3) label, which certifies the estate's commitment to environmental protection.
The entire vineyard is in excellent condition, with an average production of 50 to 55 hectoliters per hectare in a typical year.

Saint Philippe du Seignal (123.55 acres)
Predominantly planted with:
- Merlot (69.96 acres, including 3.06 acres planted in 2018-2019)
- Cabernet Sauvignon (26.44 acres)
- Cabernet Franc (16.90 acres)
- Malbec (12.68 acres planted in 2011-2012) on clay-limestone soil on the slopes, sandy on the lower slopes.
- Bare land (4.20 acres with planting rights acquired this year).
Saint Avit Saint Nazaire (61.06 acres)
Including 6.18 acres of white in production.
- The property includes a spacious manor house, occupied by the manager, and an adjacent dwelling, leased year-round, with a total surface area of 75m².
EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTION
- The farm equipment is comprehensive, functional, and well-maintained, with a detailed inventory available.
- The château currently produces approximately 4,300 hectoliters, with the entirety reserved under an existing commercial contract.
- The modern winery is functional and equipped with a fully temperature-controlled cooling and heating system, boasting a total capacity of 9353 Hl, distributed as follows:
- Stainless steel vats: 7645 Hl
- Epoxy-coated cement tanks: 928 Hl
- Fibre tanks: 780 Hl
A magnificent barrel cellar with a capacity for 400 barrels enhances the estate. Currently, 164 French oak barrels of 400 liters each are housed in this space, featuring gravel flooring to maintain a constant temperature of 17°C (ventilated). This cellar offers direct access to the tasting room and sales area, which spans 80 square meters and can also be utilized for seminars and events.
