This magnificent Italian-style château enjoys a privileged location just outside Angoulême, at the heart of the renowned Cognac region. Approached by a grand driveway lined with mature chestnut trees, the château opens onto 17th-century terraces overlooking a dry moat. Its distinguished south-west façade, crowned with a Renaissance doorway from 1620, features classical pilasters and a fruit-laden pediment—hallmarks of the property’s noble heritage.
Inside, a stately vestibule leads to the main staircase hall, a refined dining room with parquet floors and a coffered ceiling, and a sleek, fully equipped modern kitchen with adjoining utility room. On this level, there is also a spacious en-suite bedroom and separate WC.
