The originality of this property, with a floor area of around 298 m², continues inside with its vertical lines and roundness, creating a harmonious geometric blend all its own.

The main house has four levels, including a basement, and 23 differently shaped rooms, each facing the sun.
On the ground floor, an 8-metre-high entrance hall sets the tone.
A cosy living room, bathed in natural light, provides an immediate sense of well-being, inviting you to read the many books in a unique oak library, while a Limoges porcelain fireplace creates a warm, cosy atmosphere.
The dining room, all oak and perfectly round, is the focal point of the house, linking the living room, kitchen and entrance hall.

The house was built around this circular dining room with a system of doors around it. The heart of the house wraps around a cylindrical column running from the basement to the top floor.
The kitchen, where all the furniture was made by a cabinet-maker, has a small lounge area with a view over the garden, plenty of storage space cleverly arranged behind oak cupboard doors and an ingenious double-access china cabinet.

A grand staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a dressing room before the anteroom with access to the corbelled balcony, followed by the first suite with balcony, bathroom and shower, and a linen room.

On the second floor, the curve of the staircase reveals a lounge/office area leading to a panoramic terrace with views over the garden and the second suite with its own shower room and dressing room.


The basement houses a games room, a laundry room and a small utility room.

A second access from the street via the north wing leads to an independent flat that can be connected to the main house via the first floor. This flat occupies the first floor of the street façade and provides access to the WC, a laundry unit and a living room/kitchen, while a staircase leads to two bedrooms, one downstairs with its shower room and the second upstairs.

The rooftop is the final feature of this flat. The rooftop terrace spans 45 m² and offers a view of the district's distant urban landscape.

The third door or access to this house leads to a porch that doubles as a closed garage, providing direct access to the garden and the outbuilding with its pond at the bottom of the plot.

On the garden side, privacy is the order of the day.
