Historic property located on the outskirts of a small and quiet town. This estate is easily accessible in about 15 minutes from the nearest highways and 40 minutes from the Carcassonne international airport. The beaches of the Mediterranean sea are located at less than 30 minutes from the property.

The Vineyard
The property with a total surface of 144 ha is composed of 101 ha of vineyards. Approximately 63 ha of those are in AOP Corbières, the remaining ha are in IGP d’Oc. The plots are good sized and can be partially irrigated (85 % of the surfaces).
The vineyards are in good sanitary conditions and have been partially renewed (40% of the vines are less than 20 years old).
GRAPE VARIETIES: Red grapes: Carignan (31%), Syrah (24%), Grenache (9%), Cabernet Sauvignon (9%), Cinsault (6%), Merlot (4%), Marselan (4%), Alicante (5%).
White grapes : Grenache (4%), Vermentino (1%).
AVERAGE HARVEST : 3 500 hl (potential of 400 000 bottles/year).

The Maison de Maitre
To access the property a magnificent wrought iron gate from 19th century welcomes the visitor. The buildings are impressive and organised around a double enclosed courtyard

Office
Numerous other outbuildings and farm sheds of more than 600 m2 allow to store the equipments as well as the bottled wine in good conditions.
The winery
The winery is very traditional for the Languedoc region and has 13 000 hl capacity. It includes tanks made of concrete and stainless steel (85 hl to 340 hl) and 14 tanks of 150 hl capacity. Well equipped and spacious (900 m2), vinification is done by using gravity. Bulk wines can be stored with good thermal inertia.
Nearly the whole harvest is sold in bottles. The remaining volumes are sold in bulk. The turnover is of 1.2 M.€.
Machinery
The farming equipment is complete, operational and has been renewed in the past years (5 tractors, treatment device...).
