State of the property
This property has been restored and maintained to a very high standard. The heating is on oil and wood. There are two boilers. (Dietrich brand), dating from 2007.
The wood for the heating comes from the property. The current annual consumption is about 30 steres (10 tons of wood).
The heating is mainly done with wood. The oil can take over if needed.
The tank can contain 7000 L, it is buried outside.
The water is heated by hot water tanks. There is also a water softener.
Located near the A10 motorway, the TGV train station and a few minutes from all amenities.
