The Vineyard
The property is made up of several islets over a total of 20 hectares, including around 13 hectares of vines planted in the IGP OC. The vineyard is well kept and managed in organic farming certified ECOCERT. Harvesting is entirely manual.
Red grape varieties (100%): predominantly Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache with a complement of Merlot and Carignan.
Average yield: 20 to 25 hl / hectare
Much of the irrigation has been drip-fed since 2018 (Bas Rhône canal).

The property
Access to the buildings by a charming wrought iron gate, opening onto a main courtyard arranged in a U-shape.
The main farmhouse offers approximately 280 m2 of living space:

Ground floor, are the living rooms: kitchen, office, large dining room and living room opening onto a private garden.

Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are independent with shower room.

The wine tourism activity is developing with 4 independent lodgings: one of 35 m2, the second of 60 m2 and the other two of 100 m2 each. They are meant to be country and rustic inspiration.

The Winery
The cellar is recent and has modern and efficient equipment (press, stapler, sorting table, pumps, etc.). It has a capacity of around 950 hl in stainless steel vats. It allows the elaboration of top-of- the-range wine in good conditions. A barrel cellar completes this quality production tool, as well as numerous hangars and agricultural outbuildings.
Machinery-The growing equipment is complete and in good working order.
Marketing of the wine-
Marketing is done only in bottles, on the French and export markets.
The property is managed by the owner, with the help of a full-time person for the wine part, and the help of seasonal workers.

The property is held in personal name and by an SCI. An LLC operates and markets.
