This fine 19th century rendered stone chateau for sale is north - south oriented, has a total living surface area of about 900m2 and comprises:

Ground Floor
Entrance hall with marble floor and stone staircase, a lift, large salon 47.6m2 - with herringbone parquet, a marble fireplace, plaster coffered ceilings, a second salon 45.81m2, dining room 46m2, 3 studies with herringbone parquet, kitchen, rear kitchen and service staircase, WC, a cloakroom.

First floor

The main building structure appears to be in good overall condition. The roof is hook and slate, and was redone in 1992/3. Restoration work was carried out in 1995. The ground floor windows were double glazed in the 1970s, and those on the first floor are the originals. Some of the second floor windows are double glazed. The electrics date from 1970, and the circuit was replaced for the second floor and brought up to standard in 2000. Bathrooms date from the 1970s. Gas central heating dates from 1997/8 with a "Chappee" boiler.
Hot water is by electrical immersion heaters. Individual sanitation is by several septic tanks, the diagnostics were carried out several years ago and at the time, no further work was required. Water is provided by a mains supply, and also by a well.

Large, old buildings in rendered stone and brick framework form the courtyard, and were formerly used as workshops, staff changing rooms and storage space.
