The main building structure appears to be in good overall condition. The roof is hook and slate, and was redone in 1992/3. Restoration work was carried out in 1995. The electrics date from 1970, and the circuit was replaced for the second floor and brought up to standard in 2000. Bathrooms date from the 1970s. Gas central heating dates from 1997/8 with a "Chappee" boiler.
Hot water is by electrical immersion heaters. Individual sanitation is by several septic tanks, the diagnostics were carried out several years ago and at the time, no further work was required. Water is provided by a mains supply, and also by a well.
