GRAPE VARIETIES : Red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Merlot (15%), Syrah (13%), Pinot (8%), Grenache (7%) Carignan (6%), Petit Verdot (3%), Nielluccio (2%), Mourvedre (1%).
White grape varieties: Chardonnay B (14%), Sauvignon B (4%), Viognier (3%), Marsanne B (2%), Grenache (1%), Bourboulenc (1%), Ugni (1%), Mascat petit grains (1%).

The Winery
The huge vinification cellar is adjacent to the château and shelters a tanks (stainless steel and concrete) with a capacity exceeding 7 000 hl. The large volume of the winery also allows the ageing in barrels for some premium wines.
