Grape Varieties :
Red grapes : Syrah (35%), Grenache (30%), Carignan (14%), Mourvèdre (4%), Merlot (3%), Marselan, Castets, Cinsaut.
White grapes (mainly young vines) : Grenache (5%), Vermentino (2%), Viognier, Piquepoul and Alvarinho.
Part of the harvest is carried out by machine with an average output of 1 800 hl.
The remaining property consists of 345 ha of land, wood and garrigue, 35 ha of fields which are cultivable and a lake of approximately 2 ha which has the potential to water almost the entire property. The land is also planted with hundreds of varieties of fruit trees, 700 olive trees and 200 almond trees.
The house built in the style typical of the Languedoc, dates from the 19th century and has 1,000m2 of habitable space on three levels. Renovated with all modern comforts including underfloor heating and new bathrooms. There are nine large bedrooms and suites, four salons, kitchen, dining room, reception and office.
