THE CHATEAU of 1000 m², on 3 levels, is largely to renovate inside: Ground floor : Entrance hall, large living room of 100 m² with fireplace, kitchen with large fireplace, smoking room.
First floor: possibility to make a living room and 6 large bedrooms.
PRODUCTION BUILDINGS : Large operating buildings of more than 2,000 m² of ground space: Winemaking winery, wine storehouse, shipment warehouse, barrel cellar, 2 workshops, pesticide storage area, technical area, agricultural hangar
Housing and storage buildings: Building composed of 2 separate apartments, 2 small houses rented as a gîte during the summer period, housing for the staff.
The winemaking estate covers about 106 ha including: 52 ha of vineyards AOC Côtes de Bergerac, of which 19 ha are run directly and 33 ha are run by the French SAFER, 54 ha of meadows, lands, woods and moors.
The vineyard offers a wide range. The production may be, after replanting work to be expected, modulated above 200 000 bottles and more, per year, a wine mostly red and regularly awarded. Visiting bond signed and ID required before any visit.
