The 55 hectare property for sale has a vineyard of 35.7 hectares, 34.7 of which are classified as Cru Tavel. The vines grow in a sandy gravelly terroir dating from the Quaternary era. The grape varieties are regularly renewed and the vineyard is generally in good condition.

Grape Varieties.
Red varieties: Grenache Noir 14.56 ha (41%); Cinsault Noir 5.95 ha (17%); Mourvèdre Noir 3.55 ha (10%); Syrah Noir 3.35 ha (9%); Carignan Noir 3.04 ha (6%).
White varieties: Clairette Blanc 2.02 ha (6%); Bourboulenc Blanc 1.22 ha (3%); Grenache Blanc 0.81 ha (2%).

Harvesting: The grapes are picked by hand and the estate is managed as an organic vineyard since 2010, the harvest having been certified as organic ( ecocert Label) since 2012.

Other crops: 4 ha of grounds and 15 ha of woods.

This historic 12th century Priory set in its own grounds offers over 1000m2 of habitable space. Only one part of the building has been renovated by its present owners and today, the Bastide consists of two dwellings in good general condition. A small house for private functions is about 100m2 from the main body of the Priory.
