This lovely 19th C chateau dates from 1856 and is set in a lovely park with an avenue of plane trees up the drive.
The chateau is reached by walking up a few steps and into the Ground floor-

On the Ground floor: an Entrance hall, a living room (45sqm) with wood burning stove, office, kitchen, pantry, bedroom with shower room and WC, utility room and another WC.

On the First floor: 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, WC, study, and a dressing room.

On the Second floor: One bedroom and further attic space and other former staff bedrooms are still to be developed.

Pretty vaulted cellars below the chateau used as a wine cellar, pantry, boiler room and fuel storage.

The habitable area per floor is approximately 160 sqm.
The quality of the undertaken restoration is up to the quality of the house. The architectural and decorative elements of this small chateau have been maintained, preserved, and sometimes, as in the living room, some woodwork has been added. The beautiful original features such as Parquet floors, fireplaces and mouldings are all still there and have been beautifully restored
Further works that have been undertaken within the last 10 years are- Rewiring, double glazing, redecoration, new kitchen, bathrooms, heating system and a new septic tank.
City mains water and several wells.

An independent house, built in the 1970s, has been comfortably refurbished. It has 4 rooms, a laundry room and a kitchen. Electric heating. Double glazed PVC windows. It can be sold furnished and could be rented out as a Gite or such like.

Opposite the chateau there are two large farm outbuildings which form a courtyard enclosed by walls and railings. One includes a 240 sqm room with other rooms in a row. These huge rooms offer multiple possibilities for commercial use
The other building houses a comfortable three-room apartment.
Other buildings are a greenhouse, a sheet metal shed for equipment or storage,
another shed

The chateau is set in its 21,42 acres (8,67ha). Most of the land is wooded: the park with lovely mature trees (pines, American walnut, redwood, cedars, honey locust). A large meadow was reforested in 2013 with truffle oaks, oaks, walnut trees, beech trees, rowan, whitebeam and is beginning to present an exceptional territory, criss-crossed by pathways.
