An old local style farmhouse (mas) with foundations from the 9th century overlooks the vineyard and the surrounding countryside. Restoration funds are to be envisaged in order to bring this beautiful stone built property and its priory back to life, with potential to create several gîtes.

The winery is equipped with cement tanks of a total capacity of 4 000 hectolitres. Halfway below ground-level, the product is collected with the use of gravity.
